Effective Date: October 24, 2026
By installing or using RepairKhata (the "Service"), operated by Tapas Dutta, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tax invoices, reports and other documents are produced from what you enter. You are responsible for checking them and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations.
The offline app needs no account. For the Online plan you sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. A shop owner is responsible for the staff they invite and the roles they give.
You agree not to:
Your shop's records belong to you. We use them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backups — the app offers Google Drive backup and file export for this.
The app, its design and content (excluding your data) belong to Tapas Dutta. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your business.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not remove any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
Please contact us first at tapasdutta@outlook.com so we can try to resolve the issue. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, unless your local law gives you the right to go to your local courts.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend Online plan access if these Terms are seriously broken. Your data on your devices always stays with you; online data can be exported or deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may change these Terms. Significant changes will be shown in the app or on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
