Refunds & Cancellations

What you are buying

The RepairKhata Online plan is a subscription for one repair shop: unlimited job cards, staff sign-in and sync between the shop's phones and the Windows app. It costs ₹299 per month or ₹2,499 per year, in Indian rupees, GST included, and renews automatically until you stop it. The Android app without the plan is free.

How you pay

  • Android app: through Google Play (UPI, cards, net banking). Google Play handles the charge and renewal.
  • Windows app: paid directly to Duttatech Solutions by UPI AutoPay, UPI, debit and credit cards or net banking, processed by Cashfree Payments. With UPI AutoPay the renewal is collected by the mandate you approve in your UPI app; with other methods you pay for each period when it is due.

Cancelling

You can stop the plan at any time:

  • Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RepairKhata → Cancel.
  • Windows: Settings → Account & sync → Stop renewal. A UPI AutoPay mandate can also be paused or cancelled from your UPI app.

The plan stays active till the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charge is made after that. Your data stays on your devices after the plan ends; the free app keeps working on the phone.

Refunds

Payments already made are not refunded for unused time when you cancel part-way through a month or a year.

A refund is given when:

  • a payment was charged in error (for example, charged twice, or charged after you had stopped the plan), or
  • the service could not be delivered (the plan was paid for but was not activated on your shop and we could not fix it).

Write to tapasdutta@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge with the Gmail used in the app and the payment reference (Google Play order ID, or the Cashfree payment ID shown in the Windows app). We refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approving the request. For Google Play purchases, Google's own refund process also applies.

Price changes

If the price of the plan changes, the new price applies from your next renewal and you will be told in the app before you are charged.
